Sept.
14, 2005 - The Judge ruled in our favor and ruled against the
town and even made the town pay for the citizens' legal costs!

29, 2005 - Our day in Court - Superior Court Judge W. David Lee
recused (removed) himself from this case because he has
investments with a 3rd party to this lawsuit (developer
R.D.Harrell). Therefore, our case must be rescheduled before another judge. Meanwhile, I believe
the town knows good and well that they have no chance of winning
this case yet, they continue to waste our tax dollars, dragging
out the case.
